Why Coinbase is great for beginners
Coinbase is what you would call an “exchange”. An exchange is a service where you are able to convert your Fiat(USD/other) to cryptocurrency. Some popular coins on Coinbase are Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USD Coin.
Each of these currencies has its own unique things. Bitcoin, for example, is the world’s first cryptocurrency. I won’t get into depth in this article but in a future article, I will show you who created Bitcoin what its purpose is.
Coinbase allows anyone over the age of 18 (sorry youngins) to purchase any cryptocurrency. Why I chose to write this article for Coinbase is because it is one of the easiest exchanges to use as a beginner. Anything after that is based on how much you buy/sell. To prevent this you can sign up for Coinbase Pro. You use the same info as your regular coinbase login. The perks of coinbase pro are instant transfers, max fees of .50% or even lower, and more detailed graphs featuring the candle system. Plus it has a fancy dark mode.
